About The Position

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team located in the Virginia office. This position is responsible for providing professional, general administrative support, office coordination, reception services and accounting support.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or equivalent is the minimum formal education required for this position.
  • Two years related office support (with heavy data emphasis on data entry) experience required.
  • Intermediate grammar and spelling skills required.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge of the construction industry and basic accounting is highly desired.
