JOB SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by ensuring a well-organized, fully stocked, and efficient workplace. This on-site role partners closely with employees and IT support to maintain office functionality, coordinate events, and support new hire onboarding. The Office Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, productive, and well-supported work environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an office coordinator, office manager, administrative, or similar role preferred.
  • Comfortable providing basic IT support and troubleshooting common technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on employee support and office efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Monitor office inventory and ensure adequate stock of office supplies, snacks, and other materials.
  • Place supply orders as needed and manage office supplies and services.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas and shared office spaces.
  • Plan and coordinate office events including team lunches, celebrations, and company gatherings.
  • Book venues, catering, and other services required for office events.
  • Provide basic IT and technical support, including troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
  • Assist employees with technical issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.
  • Set up workstations for new hires, including computers, peripherals, and office equipment.
  • Configure required software, systems, and tools for new employees.
  • Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access as part of onboarding and offboarding processes.
