Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: You’ll manage and maintain all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports. You’ll track and monitor contractor submittals to ensure timely review and distribution. You’ll prepare, process, and follow up on RFIs, ensuring prompt and clear communication. You’ll update and maintain accurate RFI and submittal logs in PMWeb. You’ll organize and maintain both electronic and hard-copy project files and document control systems. You’ll coordinate with contractors to ensure drawings and project documents are current and properly posted. You’ll distribute documents for review, track comments, compile responses, and issue approved replies. You’ll coordinate with contractors, designers, inspectors, and project managers to support effective information flow. You’ll assist with construction meeting agendas, presentations, and action item tracking. You’ll support field operations by aligning project documentation with on-site activities. You’ll ensure proper filing, organization, and archiving of project records per LAWA standards. You’ll manipulate electronic files to create exhibits, graphics, and presentation materials. You’ll perform additional project support duties, including meeting documentation, expediting, and log maintenance. Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. You may be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or other related technical field required
  • 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
  • Experience working on large team for complex projects
  • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
  • Experience with Project Management Implementation Systems

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Engineer (Preferably by CA Board of Engineers) is preferred
  • Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
  • Ability to work in PM Web preferred
