Synopsis The Terminal 5 (T5) Office Engineer reports to the T5 Sr. Project Manager and is responsible for assisting the T5 project management team with managing the scope, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project. The Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project covers the full demolition and re-building of the Terminal 5 headhouse and concourse, as well as various enabling scopes to vacate the existing building. Position Description Summary The T5 Office Engineer supports the project management team by handling the administrative, technical, and coordination functions required to deliver construction projects efficiently and incompliance with contract requirements. This role is responsible for managing project documentation, assisting with construction engineering tasks, coordinating with contractors and design teams, and ensuring timely communication among all project stakeholders. The Office Engineer helps track progress, maintain logs, support cost and schedule controls, and ensure that project records, submittals, RFIs, and change orders are processed accurately and promptly.
