About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support the daily operations of the Owner. This role includes a wide variety of administrative and personal support tasks and requires strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel formulas
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • 2 years managing social media
  • Graphic design experience (Photoshop preferred; Canva or Figma acceptable)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Ability to lift delivery boxes up to 50 lbs and transfer inventory to shelves
  • Familiarity and experience with various types of technology and computers
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Experience managing CRM systems
  • SEO management experience
  • Marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle phone and email communication professionally
  • Maintain inventory systems, manage deliveries and shipments
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Conduct research and assist with client projects
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Design marketing materials and oversee social media content
  • Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns
