About The Position

Lead our medical practice as a dynamic Practice Manager ! Our medical practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Administrator to oversee our daily operations and drive our strategic vision. Key Responsibilities & Leadership: Operational Excellence: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to healthcare regulations. Team Leadership & Development: Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives a resolution that exceeds expectations. Strategic Implementation: Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans that drive growth. Resource Management: Monitor equipment needs, manage procurement, and oversee IT/EMR system health. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, Billing, and the Call Center to ensure seamless company-wide processes. Candidate Profile & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role. Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university required. Technology: Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems (experience with ModMed is a significant advantage). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for building cross-functional relationships. Great to have: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Proven track record in multi-site clinical management. We offer a competitive benefits package!

Requirements
