About The Position

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-time Office Manager for our busy Physical Therapy Department at The Hebrew Home- Riverdale, NY. The Physical Therapy Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. This includes scheduling patient appointments, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating with therapists to optimize the daily schedule. Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or physical therapy setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage patient scheduling, staff coordination, and administrative workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with patients, therapists, and team members
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Microsoft Office, and other administrative or scheduling software
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to providing a positive patient experience

Nice To Haves

  • Background in billing, insurance verification, or basic accounting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records
