We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support staff, coordinate office resources, and maintain a professional and productive office environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and scheduling
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and fully operational
  • Implement and improve office procedures and systems
