About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organization for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
