Job Description Summary: Office Specialists at the Well-Being Center support the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Mindfulness Program, and Provider Well-Being. Primary responsibilities include answering the Well-Being Connection and incoming emails; providing associates, providers, and leaders with appropriate well-being resource information; connecting callers who are in distress with a clinician; and registering, scheduling and checking in appointments for Well-Being Center services. Provides Administrative Assistance to the operations of appropriate department. Responsible for patient registration, including data entry of patient information and insurance verification. Answers telephone and directs calls appropriately. Greets customers and patients. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
