About The Position

Join our dynamic and mission-driven healthcare team as a Supervisor of Outpatient Practices . This leadership position is responsible for managing the daily operations of one or more outpatient practice sites. You’ll work closely with staff and leadership to support exceptional patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet operational goals. Requirements

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Medical Office Management, Business Administration, or related field (OR minimum of 2 years medical office experience)
  • Experience: Prior office setting experience required; medical office experience preferred
  • Licensure/Certification: Maryland licensure required, based on field of study
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Super User level preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and database systems
  • Physical & Mental Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Occasional exposure to medical environments and patient interactions

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for assigned outpatient clinic(s)
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team including RNs, LPNs, MAs, secretaries, and more
  • Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives
  • Support clinical and administrative decision-making using prudent judgment
  • Manage staffing priorities and resource allocation
  • Resolve conflicts while promoting service excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and financial standards
