Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - East Moline Function: Factory Engineering (CA) Title: OFP Paint ME - 117872 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a OFP Paint ME for JD Harvester Works located in East Moline, IL, you will: Responsible for providing engineering support in the daily execution of the paint and manufacturing processes Optimizing processes including maintaining paint robots and programs, troubleshooting paint application issues, and making modifications to achieve complete paint coverage Conducting quality checks on parts, monitoring pre-treatment bath parameters, paint-viscosity, training paint personnel, and working with suppliers to reduce costs Trouble shooting and maintenance support for complex automated PLC and computer-controlled manufacturing processes This position is a multishift position supporting one of two primary production shifts, including on call support VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience trouble shooting paint process equipment issues
  • Programming/coding experience in languages such as Java, Rapid, C++, Python, etc…

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Rockwell PLC troubleshooting and maintenance experience
  • ABB IPS and rapid programming experience
  • Robot operation and programming experience

Responsibilities
