The internship is an opportunity offered by the Office of Intercultural Development. The primary purpose of this paid internship is to gain leadership experience, promote cultural awareness, and encourage unity. May be eligble for Federal Work Study. Qualifications Current undergraduate student at Lipscomb University in good standing with the university Have a minimum of a 2.75 GPA Entering at least their 2nd year as a Lipscomb Student (sophomore, junior, or senior year). Committed to diversity, social justice, and encouraging the development of skills to talk about difficult topics (i.e. race, religion, socioeconomic status, etc.) Available to work at least 10 hours a week Interested in utilizing marketing and communication skills to advance the goals outlined in the OID mission and vision statements Aware of programs and resources both on and off-campus Willing to attend and promote major campus events Responsibilities The internship responsibilities appear below.
