Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for an Oiler to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. Pay: $35.56/hour + differential Responsibilities Your Role: As an Oiler, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the lubrication of motors, rotating equipment, sliding equipment, furnace wagons, HVAC Systems and boilers. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Maintain proper lubrication on motors, rotating equipment, sliding equipment and furnace wagons. Maintain plant cooling, heating and water chemistry. Replace and repair worn belts (requires working in awkward positions). Transport kerosene and diesel (lifting and transporting). Maintain plant boilers. Taking measurements utilizing tape measures, gauges, etc. and logging that information on spreadsheets. In locations where applicable, responsible to comply with the SQF and GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with authority to take action. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years manufacturing experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient math skills.
  • Ability to climb and work in high or confined spaces.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, ability and skill.
  • Ability to work any shift including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an industrial setting.
