The Omnichannel Manager for Target Skin Cleansing is a key driver in bridging physical retail and digital platforms, ensuring every consumer enjoys a seamless, consistent, and engaging brand experience across all channels. JOB PURPOSE: You will drive the execution and optimization of omnichannel strategies for the Skin Cleansing portfolio at Target, leveraging data and insights to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement online. You’ll develop best-in-class partnerships with Target’s Digital Team and internal stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives and exponential digital growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between field sales and Target eCommerce Site Merchants, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing teams to co-create end to end marketing activations that align with brand strategies and customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with Retail Media Team for strategic sku alignment across search and display.
  • Monitor and report on performance, providing feedback loops to internal teams and retailer partners to refine future activations.
  • Build a best-in-class digital relationship with Target to unlock growth.
