About The Position

Overview Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane, Utah 84737 (On-Site) On-Call: We are looking for someone who is looking for a position with flexible hours, looking to pick up shifts when available! Kitchen hours open Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 7:00pm Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm Do you love to cook independently for small personalized groups? Embark's Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment center dedicated to highly acute adolescents. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of cooking experience.
  • A current Food Handler's Permit, and a valid Driver's License.
  • Knowledge of health codes and proper sanitation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals for the duration of your shift, including breakfast, lunch, or dinner for clients and staff.
  • Prepare mid-meal snacks, ensuring food is always readily available.
  • Assist in food preparation and storage.
  • Oversee the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the kitchen.
  • Prepare food ahead of time for the following day's menu.
