Job Title: On-Call RN or LPN Schedule: 7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.

Requirements

  • Active license in the state of OK
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, hospice preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life
  • Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance and driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, hospice preferred
