Community: We live here, we work here and we love here. Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current State license in the state of practice.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Two (2) years' experience in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice.
- Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
