About The Position

As an On Premise Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a sales team focused on growing CELSIUS distribution and sales in places where people connect, celebrate, and live fit. From iconic hospitality groups and boutique hotels to nightlife hot spots, restaurants, and lounges, you’ll expand CELSIUS’ footprint in the places that set trends and shape what’s next. In this role, you’ll drive the business with our key partner, Pepsi Bottling Company, and affiliated independent bottlers to ensure CELSIUS thrives in every key account across your region. Driving strategic growth with cultural relevance, bringing our mission of Live Fit to more places, more people, and more often. The ideal candidate is the go-to connector who knows the hottest venues, the coolest operators, and the key tastemakers that shape the scene. You’ll bring sharp business acumen, a track record of leading teams, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to turn relationships into long-term brand partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in consumer goods sales, beverage industry, or distributor sales preferably with knowledge of both DSD and Broad Line distribution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Strong analytic and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience leading small teams of sales personnel, setting the selling agenda, providing guidance, feedback and overall development of sales team
  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. Driver’s License and clear MVR screening

Responsibilities

  • Execute the CELSIUS® On-Premise strategy in assigned geography
  • Lead Team on expansion of account base and On-Premise activations
  • Utilize CRM to track field execution, opportunities, and performance metrics
  • Work hand in hand with our distributor partners via route rides, blitzes, and key account meetings
  • Communicate ongoing sales, marketing, and execution opportunities
  • Support the Sr. Director On-Premise with field initiatives and market feedback
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and participate in performance planning calls
