About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced OnBase Tester with 10+ years of experience in testing, support, and operations, and mandatory UiPath knowledge. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and operational readiness of OnBase-based solutions through comprehensive testing, production support, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in workflow testing, document management, automation, and Tier‑2/Tier‑3 support within enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with strong focus on OnBase testing, support, and operations.
• Mandatory hands-on knowledge of UiPath, including automation support for testing or operational workflows.
• Proven experience in system testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployments in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of OnBase workflows, document management, imaging, and content services.
• Experience providing Tier‑2/Tier‑3 production support, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Solid knowledge of release management, production readiness, backups, rollback strategies, and environment validation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, QA, development, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute system testing, integration testing, UAT, and production promotion activities for OnBase applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing of OnBase workflows, document retrieval, imaging, and content management solutions.
• Provide Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 production support, including troubleshooting workflow failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Leverage UiPath automation to support testing, operational processes, regression validation, and support efficiencies.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
• Support production readiness activities, including environment validation, backup verification, rollback planning, and release sign‑off.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, and support documentation aligned with enterprise standards.
