On‑Site Training: This role requires 12–14 weeks of on‑site training at the following location: 1001 Oakdale Road, Oakdale, PA 15071 Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Ensure accurate coordination of patient deliveries and provide exceptional customer service. As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
  • Prior specialty healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist.
  • Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision.
  • Provide copay information, process payments, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
