About The Position

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work at Elevia as part of Homesteaders Life Company. You will be responsible for onboarding funeral home customers to the Elevia texting platform. Ensure customers are properly configured, trained, and launched within a 30-day onboarding window. Your role will include managing kickoff calls, onboarding timelines, workflow configuration, and training to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction. Homesteaders Life Company, a mutual company owned by its policy holders, is a national leader providing products and services to help people design a better farewell. Founded in 1906, Homesteaders is known for secure preneed funding and innovative solutions that help funeral and end-of-life professionals and consumers connect with each other. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding kickoff meetings with new customers.
  • Configure customer accounts and workflows on the Elevia platform.
  • Coordinate with data specialists to ensure accurate data import.
  • Manage onboarding timeline to achieve go-live within 30 days.
  • Provide training sessions for funeral home teams.
  • Create onboarding documentation and guides.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify onboarding improvements and process enhancements.
