About The Position

Join the Center for Oncology & Hematology at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, where compassionate, patient-centered cancer care is delivered close to home through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with an interest in genetics and oncology to play a vital role in identifying patients who may benefit from genetic testing and guiding them through informed decision-making. This position supports personalized cancer risk assessment by collecting detailed family histories, constructing pedigrees, coordinating genetic testing, and providing patient education in alignment with national genetics and genomics nursing standards. Working closely with advanced practice clinicians and oncology providers, the RN helps ensure seamless care, ethical testing practices, and clear communication across the care team.
