About the Role We are hiring Offshore/Onshore Service Helpers to support daily mechanical and hydraulic operations for our energy‑sector projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic mechanical aptitude who want to build a long-term career in offshore and onshore equipment support. You will work alongside experienced mechanics and technicians, assisting with equipment assembly, inspection, repairs, and safe material handling. This role is hands‑on, team‑driven, and ideal for candidates wanting to gain exposure to mechanical systems, hydraulics, cranes, and heavy equipment.

Requirements

  • Offshore experience preferred or required (based on project needs).
  • Basic knowledge or exposure to mechanical or hydraulic systems (trade school, previous labor role, automotive or hands-on experience).
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging gear).
  • Motivated, dependable, and safety‑focused.
  • Must live within 1 hour of Houma, LA.
  • Must comply with all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mechanics and technicians with mechanical and hydraulic assembly, inspection, and repair.
  • Help perform testing and troubleshooting on cranes and related components.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment under supervision.
  • Support daily offshore/onshore operations, ensuring work areas remain clean and safe.
  • Follow all Safety and Environmental procedures at all times.
  • Properly use and care for all company-owned tools and equipment.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the Supervisor based on operational needs.
