About The Position

Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for an Onsite Community Manager, who will be instrumental in fostering a thriving community atmosphere. This role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the community while enhancing the resident experience. Annual Salary is $85,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the community, including maintenance, budgets, and communications with residents. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Plan and coordinate community events that promote engagement and interaction among residents. Prepare and present reports to the board, including community status updates and budget proposals. Ensure compliance with community rules, regulations, and governing documents. We are seeking a passionate individual who thrives in a community-centered environment.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in property or community management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of homeowner association operations and regulations is preferred.
Certifications such as CMCA or AMS are a bonus.
