Property Summary: Stonebridge Ranch is a master planned community 35 miles Northeast of Dallas on 5,000 acres in McKinney, Texas and contains 10,000 single family homes and 35,000 residents. Community Standards Inspector: Primary role will be driving through the community on a regular basis and reporting property code violations in accordance with neighborhood guidelines to maintain community appearance

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in HOA management, code enforcement, property management, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mobile inspection/reporting software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple communities or projects.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Take photos of violations, accurately recording observations, and attach them to homeowner records using proprietary software.
Documentation, Issuance, tracking, and follow-up of violation notices
Education of homeowners regarding HOA policies and guidelines, and working with them toward a resolution
Responding to customer calls and emails regarding inquiries, violations, and concerns
Reports to the compliance supervisor
Ability to understand written guidelines, make observations on properties, and apply them to various circumstances/encountered
60% driving and citing violations; 40% office work, including administrative tasks, researching documents, and maintaining violation documentation
Represent the Management company and Association in a positive and professional manner
Plus other work-related tasks
