The Onsite Manager oversees day-to-day operations for the temporary workforce at the client site, ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and client partners. This role manages workforce onboarding, attendance, performance, and compliance throughout the shift lifecycle. Acting as the primary onsite point of contact, the Onsite Manager leads and supports a team of leads or representatives, ensures fulfillment goals are met, and partners closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and client staff to drive operational excellence. This position is for two sites, one in Flower Mound, TX and one in Fort Worth, TX. The majority of time will be spent at the Fort Worth location, with travel to the Flower Mound location as needed. Mileage is reimbursed.
