About The Position

The Opening Shift Supervisor is responsible for preparing the facility for daily operations, providing excellent member service, and supporting daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, sports, and working in a high-end club environment.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience preferred, ideally in an athletic club, racquet club, golf club, or social club environment
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable handling phone communications and basic reporting tasks
• Interest in pickleball, golf, or club-style environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Open the facility and ensure all areas are prepared for daily operations
• Greet and check in members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phones and assist members with reservations, questions, and general inquiries
• Report and recap previous day’s sales and operational notes
• Restock member supplies and maintain a clean, organized front desk and common areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive member experience
• Assist with light operational duties as needed to support daily club operations
