About The Position
Exceptional healthcare facility located outside of Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Operating Room Manger to join its team. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and outstanding benefits provided. Operating Room Manager Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position Day shift, Monday-Friday No on call, no weekends Outstanding benefits provided Operating Room Manager oversees daily operations of the Operating Room, Surgical Technicians, and Sterile Processing departments to ensure safe and efficient surgical services Supervises and supports staff performance, including RNs, Surgical Technicians, Sterile Processing employees, and more Creates a positive work environment by promoting collaboration, safety, and continuously educating and developing staff members Assists in developing staffing plans, schedules, and budgets in the pursuit of cost-effective care
Requirements
- RN license required, BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS required upon hire
- Minimum of 5 years of perioperative nursing experience required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
