About The Position

This position is with Global Link Securities, an affiliated company of TransGlobal. Global Link is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economic or Finance. Master's degree is preferred.
• Will sponsor SIE and Series 7 and Series 63 Exams.
• Must speak in Chinese and English fluently.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisted customers and performed daily back-office activities including open and maintain client accounts, funds transfers, account statement and reports and ACATS
• Assist to make order for unsolicited trades for equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income products.
• Basic research and analyze investment products to customer including mutual funds, stocks, ETF and other securities products.
• Support and assist firm's independent registered representatives across 25 states in USA and overseas.
• Use Excel, TWS, Orbis Trader, Broker Insight, Adminx, and Beta to perform the aforementioned job duties.
