This role is responsible for driving operational improvements across multiple business units by implementing and scaling a Continuous Improvement (CI) framework. You will lead high-impact initiatives that improve service quality, reduce costs, and optimize unit economics by addressing root causes rather than symptoms. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to senior executives, and help embed a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.
