About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist in United States. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives across national accounts, ensuring consistent and efficient project execution. You will collaborate with program and project managers to implement standardized processes, develop digital tools, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve accuracy, visibility, and efficiency. The position involves identifying opportunities for automation, leading process improvement efforts, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, maintain comprehensive documentation, and help scale operational excellence practices across multiple accounts. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements in a fast-paced environment. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Industrial Engineering, Business, or Operations Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms such as Power BI, Forms, SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement certification preferred.
  • Project management experience and/or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with program and project managers to implement repeatable processes for revenue and labor forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify, design, and deploy digital tools to support operational efficiency for both customer-facing and internal processes.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track project performance and align with customer expectations.
  • Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and implementation of optimized future-state processes for programs.
  • Standardize operational tools, forms, templates, and work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, A3 problem-solving, and business process improvements.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and collaborate with operational excellence teams to ensure best practices are captured and followed.
