Clear Creek Federal is seeking an Operational Planner (G-5 Plans Support) in New Orleans, LA. This team member will provide operational planning support to the MARFORRES G-5 Plans Division. Ensures MARFORRES alignment with Combatant Commander OPLANs/CONPLANs and supports mobilization planning, policy compliance, and program-management decision support across HQMC and MSC stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate of one of the following advanced planner schools: SAW / SAMS / MAWS / SAASS (as required by the PWS for this subtask).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting OPLAN/CONPLAN staffing and operational planning at the operational force / service component level.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including briefing senior military leadership and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
  • Clearance requirements vary by tasking: tasks may require NIPRNET/SIPRNET (SECRET) and some may require JWICS (TOP SECRET), depending on task order needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the G-5 Plans Division in coordinating MARFORRES support to Marine Corps and Combatant Commander strategic and operational programs, projects, and actions.
  • Conduct daily liaison with HQMC PP&O Plans Division (PLN), MARFORRES G-3/5 leadership, section heads, and MSCs to support alignment with CCMD OPLANs/CONPLANs and communicate Reserve Component capabilities and limitations.
  • Apply MCPP and JPP knowledge to develop/track POA&Ms and analyze directives to extract tasks and assess impacts.
  • Support development of Marine Corps mobilization plans, processes, procedures, and policies; coordinate across working groups to ensure deconfliction and synchronization.
