About The Position

As an Operational Support Analyst, your role is a key contributor in understanding how the business impacts the financial performance of the organization, with the goal of informing and advising operational decision makers across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Health Administration, Statistics or related field

Nice To Haves

• At least one (1) to three (3) years of prior relevant experience, including financial and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, proactively, and continually challenge existing assumptions
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and present financial information to senior leadership
• Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Planning.
• Responsible to plan and coordinate the annual budgeting process at Rochester Regional Health in conjunction with the operational support finance team.
• Data Analysis and Visualization.
• Analyze relevant financial and operational data to inform trends and guide business decisions for the organization.
• Create meaningful and actionable visualizations for senior leadership.
• Financial Reporting & Communication.
• Responsible for the monthly and annual financial close process at Rochester Regional Health, including proposing and preparing financial adjustments to the income statement and balance sheet.
• Provide insight and expertise on variances to budget, both to Finance leadership and executive leadership across the organization.
