Responsible for overall client success including day to day operations from cargo movement to invoicing and collections KPI Management, KPI Reporting, and process improvement Prepare presentations for senior management regarding the recommendations of various projects. Interface with applicable internal (company) and external (client) departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting the measurement of operations performance. Analyze client RFQ information and construct a response/proposal document Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution.
