This role focuses on organization, documentation, coordination, and administrative support to help ensure work moves smoothly and accurately through the pipeline. The Operations Administrator works closely with the Director of Launch and Operations and Operations Team to keep tasks organized, information up to date, and processes running efficiently. Training will be provided, and prior experience in payments or financial technology is not required.
