At V2X, we are making a difference by providing support to programs in the Precision Strike Weapons Program Office, PMA-201. This office is responsible for research, development, acquisition and sustainment of the Navy's air-to-ground precision guided weapons, general-purpose bombs, aircraft armament-related equipment, and all cartridge/propellant actuated devices. PMA 201 is responsible for the development of new programs. We are looking for a talented Junior Level Operations Analyst who will support our Patuxent River, MD location. The candidate must be a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, resolve conflict in a constructive manner, and produce quality products efficiently.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 1-3 years
  • Candidate should have experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
  • Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constraint and complex security environment utilizing multiple networks.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and coordination of all operations of the program office.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and visit requests, to include both in office and offsite meetings.
  • Develop, disseminate and maintain Policy, Guidance, Process and Procedures documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and manage correspondence, organizational charts, manpower/staffing packages, and seating/space/ requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of team personnel.
  • Develop, disseminate and maintain a Program Operating Guide, Standard Operating Guides and Continuity of Operations Plan.
  • Support and prepare civilian award nominations, Letters of Appreciation, and other recognitions for review and approval.
  • Coordinate and develop inputs to taskers and drills from the PEO and external stakeholders, as well as coordinate inputs to bi-weekly reports.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager and conference room calendars as well as maintain an overarching 30/60/90 day calendar for the office.
