About The Position

As a senior Operations Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you lead a team of warfighting analysts in After Action Review (AAR) development for senior training audiences engaged in the client’s Warfighter Exercises. You’ll support planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the Army's Warfighter Exercise (WFX) program. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. You’ll oversee the constructive training work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Army's warfighter program. You served your country—now, continue your mission with us. Requirements

  • Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4 / 5 or Sergeant Major E9
  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major
  • Experience with Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Colonel O-5 or above
  • Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positions
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree
  • Program Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
  • Graduate of War College ( MEL1 ) or equivalent
