Global Asset Servicing – Corporate Actions Overview Manage daily Corporate Action Events across multiple fixed income products. Familiarity with DTC, Euroclear and foreign depository clearance, settlements, and Asset Servicing. Knowledge of new bond issues, changes in terms and conditions to the indentures, details, and calculations of interest for P&I, fixed and floating rate issues, bankruptcies, liquidations, defaults, consents, conversions, full and partial calls, and maturities. Responsible for processing Corporate Actions from trade date to settlement date including fails management over the complete event. Interact with operations groups globally to provide industry leading client service to external clients and internal stakeholders. Internal and external clients while developing relationships with colleagues across TDS Global Operations and Business Services. The Global Asset Servicing Corporate Actions team is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate, and timely processing of all corporate actions as well as maintaining the multiple security masters (cross platform).
