The Operations Analyst serves as a centralized analytical and process optimization resource supporting the Hospitality, Residential, Marketing, and People Operations teams, with approximately 75% of focus dedicated to the Hospitality portfolio. This role exists to make our operating divisions operable at scale by identifying operational improvement opportunities, making data-backed recommendations, and helping automate workflows across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, systems, and strategy. The Operations Analyst will partner closely with senior leadership and functional teams to create performance visibility, improve operational effectiveness, and enable scalable growth.
