We are currently searching for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our collaborative Operations Team at our San Marco Headquarters in Jacksonville! The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting resort performance through financial planning, data analysis, and operational reporting. This position partners closely with operational and financial leaders to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance. The role also provides direct support to the Senior Operations Analyst and key cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
1-3 years of proven experience in a data analytics-based role
Strong technical abilities pulling and interpreting data, verifying accuracy, analyzing for and identifying trends, and gaining future insights
Excel power user, able to efficiently create data models
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Able to effectively communicate with managers, supervisors, employees, and outside vendors/agents
Strong written communication skills
Ability to function in a sometimes fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Work onsite in an office environment at Pet Paradise HQ, which is located in the San Marco area of Jacksonville
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and ability to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI / business intelligence models preferred

Responsibilities

Financial planning including budgeting and forecasting
Reporting KPIs and developing metrics to more effectively monitor business performance
Create actionable reports to enhance decision making across resort operations
Project management and support for key operational initiatives
Monitor and report on resort labor efficiency
Extract data from multiple databases and organize to create actionable reports
Develop reports / understanding of each key department’s analysis needs and build reports / tools to help them understand their results
Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary
Partner cross-functionally with Finance & Accounting, High Growth Services, HR, Customer Experience, and other groups as needed
Support Senior Operations Analyst and other members of Operations Team with special projects and process improvements
