We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as an Operations Analyst! The Operations Analyst, reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, will be responsible for providing program data support in accordance with corporate policies and contract requirements. The Operations Analyst will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will encompass multiple areas including: data management, metrics and reporting; team facilitation and coordination; and process definition and improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of experience in similar position
  • Must have experience in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Good to have experience in Access and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program data and conduct complex analysis.
  • Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of the contract, the relevance of content, and professional presentation.
  • Conduct research when applicable.
  • Responsible for the generation and accuracy of scheduled and ad hoc program reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend staff meetings, goal setting, compliance & at times lead.
  • Ensure metrics are supported within business systems, develop reports to track metrics data, and provide analysis and recommendations for improved policy, processes, or tools to support program or practice goals.
  • Exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of program, practice, or function.
  • Complete special projects as needed
