About The Position

Peraton is seeking an Operation and Finance Project Manager to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI This project management position supports a wide range of technical disciplines for MARFORPAC G39 and serves as a technical manager for deliberate planning and coordination of critical programs. The primary purpose of the position is to support the coordination of critical programs/effects generating efforts and to facilitate synchronized Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and finance tracking and management. This position will represent MARFORPAC G39 at senior Service and USINDOPACOM battle rhythm planning events in support of section. Provides updates to Commander, MARFORPAC and Staff as required. Alos they will support the coordination of programs across staff divisions and coordination with USINDOPACOM and HQMC. This positions also provides policy advice, technical assistance, finance tracking and support to MARFORPAC in the planning, coordination, de-confliction, and implementation of OIEs. What you will do: Develop products to facilitate program design (DOTMLPF), mission essential tasks, training objectives, master scenario event lists, intelligence requirements, threat emulation, role playing criteria, order writing, and foreign disclosure. Doctrine: Fundamental principles guiding military forces (how we fight). Organization: How units are organized to fight (structure, units). Training: How forces are prepared to fight (training exercises). Materiel: Equipment, systems, and supplies needed Leadership and Education: Preparing leaders to lead (development, education). Personnel: Having enough qualified people. Facilities: Infrastructure and real property (buildings, installations). Policy: DOD or inter-agency regulations impacting the solution Support and represent MARFORPAC interests in Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WGs) with MARFORPAC, USINDOPACOM, adjacent Service Components, Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), and supported echelons required to effectively synchronize Operations. Provide support and oversee the successful completion and management of projects for all information operations and associated sections. Assist in planning and coordinating a cross‐functional team’s activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. Coordinate program-based tasks/requests between USINDOPACOM, HQMC, Service Components, and the Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEFs) to include planning, coordination, posture, conceal reveal guidance and prepositioning. Develop, plan, and lead, section financial tracking, projections and forecasts to support uniform, civilian, and contractor requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, or a HS degree with 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Must have active Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI
  • Knowledge of the U.S. military structure, culture, and language, specifically USMC
  • Knowledge and experience with DOD and USMC management practices
  • Expert level experience with all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • U.S Citizenship required
