Our Operations and Standards Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the community and will have significant interaction with the communitys Board of Directors and homeowners. Requirements

  • Two years of proven career advancement in a professional business environment
  • Associates or Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail and a customer focused attitude
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of levels with the utmost of focus and professionalism
  • Knowledge of community association management principles, procedures, and standards
  • Have a valid drivers license and current vehicle liability insurance
  • If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
  • You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing.
  • CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
  • Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Manager in all aspects of daily business and operations to maintain the management direction of the community association
  • Oversee related service contractors and vendors, interact with community residents and volunteers
  • Issue amenity access cards and manage access system programming
  • Track leased units within the community
  • Maintains all association records as required by the governing documents, federal and state law and CCMC protocol
  • Works with Community Manager to ensure proper documentation of contracts, invoices and other expenses
  • Oversee daily office functions, answering phone, email, and assisting with walk-in guests, ensuring that the needs and requests of the residents are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist the Community Manager with meeting preparation and administration of the annual operating and reserve budgets
  • Assist in new owner orientations and training of Board(s) and committee members
  • Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
  • Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
  • Document, photograph and record all violations.
  • Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
  • Prepare applications for the committee review.
  • Other duties as assigned
