Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience; with 1+ years being direct project or program management experience
  • Technical skills: Comfortable using AI tools daily and discussing high-level AI/ML concepts. Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies.
  • US Persons Role requirements: Strong organizational skills and an interest in improving operational processes
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or AI and cloud-related certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Familiarity with AI and cloud technology
  • Experience supporting technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate internal AI/Data project cycles
  • Work closely with senior management to improve team efficiency and execution
  • Track tasks, timelines, risks, and priorities to keep projects moving
  • Streamline workflows and support process improvements across the AI & Data organization
  • Use AI tools every day to automate, research, summarize, and enhance team productivity
  • Create clear communications, reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration with AI, Data, Engineering, and Security stakeholders
  • Act as an internal advocate for responsible and effective AI use
