About The Position

We are hiring for an Operations Assistant (Full-Time). This role provides essential administrative support to help ensure families, staff, and visitors have a smooth, positive experience in our clinic. Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone, welcoming and checking in guests, assisting with on-demand scheduling, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks. Schedule Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
  • Ability to use tact and courtesy when dealing with patients, their families and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 1-year experience with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the operations of assigned service area or department by performing basic office skills.
  • Assists with operations functions to include, but not limited to filing, computer skills, answering phones, greeting clients.
  • Completes training required to understand basic functions of the assigned service area or department.
  • Collaborates with other people in various departments on assigned duties, tasks or projects.
