This position is based in the following office location: SNHU Center for New Americans The opportunity The Operations Assistant will manage the front desk and provide operational support during active after school programming hours at the SNHU Center for New Americans. You will be the central point of entry, communication, and coordination during evening programming for approximately 50 youth participants. The Operations Assistant monitors facility access, supports student sign-in procedures, maintains accurate student information, and provides real-time communication support for program staff. You will help ensure the program environment is organized, safe, welcoming, and culturally responsive. #LI-Onsite This position schedule is Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8pm. During summer programming (June - July) the schedule is Monday – Thursday 10am - 3pm. Please note: This is a temporary role through December 2026.
