We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Assistant to support our team on a 3-month contract basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day office operations, ensuring our workspace is efficient, welcoming, and well-managed. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge tech environment while making a real impact from day one.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or operations support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming communications, representing the company in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring the workspace is consistently stocked and organized
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and conference room bookings for team members and leadership
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and administrative paperwork
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, team lunches, and office initiatives
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors to address maintenance and facilities needs
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice tracking, and other light administrative finance tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to teams as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture
