ON SITE: MILFORD, CT Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at this organization, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers. Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth. Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors. Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone.
