INTERN JOB TITLE: Operations Capacity Planning Intern PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The intern will evaluate the current engineering and operations framework to support the development of an operations capacity plan. This includes analyzing operational data and assessing work-center capacities across the business. The intern will develop an interactive tool to help evaluate capacity and align it with current and future headcount and skill requirements needed to meet customer demand. In collaboration with engineering and operations leaders, the intern will identify capacity gaps and provide recommendations to improve resource planning and overall operational efficiency.
